When we build a website for a client we hope that it’s just the start of a beautiful long term relationship!

You can depend on us to provide on-going support and assistance for any problems which may arise in the future.

Client Training

The launch of your website is just the beginning! After building your website we’ll provide free training so that you can update the content of your website easily yourself as and when required. This comes as part and parcel of our web design service. We will explain everything in a clear and easy to understand manner so that you are confident managing site that we built for you. Of course we will be on standby to offer on-demand technical support at all times.

Once a website is built and has gone live, there’s a four week incubation period while you get used to it, and get to grips with how to update your website yourself. During this 4 weeks we will be available to support you at no additional cost if you have any questions.

After this 4 week incubation period, as I’m sure you can appreciate, we would need to charge for our time if you request assistance with alterations and updates to your website.

We will be testing at our end to make sure that your site is optimised for Google and working properly.

Aftercare Support

After the four week incubation training period we offer you ongoing on-demand technical support in a way that will help you plan and that won’t cost the earth.

We offer on-demand technical support on a pay as you go basis instead of charging set monthly fees. We feel this to be the fairest pricing model and our clients tell us that they prefer paying for support as and when it is required.

We operate on an hourly rate, charged by the minute, with no minimum charge!

If it takes us 15 minutes to fix your tech issue and you only call us once during the Month then your end of Month invoice will be for a quarter of our hourly rate. We believe in simple, fair and honest pricing for our valued clients.

We use time tracking software that enables us to produce an accurate invoice at the end of the Month. The invoice will detail every individual task you have asked us to carry out for you and show the number of minutes and individual cost of each task.

As a business owner your focus should be on your customers and not worrying about working on your website. So if you need a quick update to your site, be it a minor text change or updates to some photos or some help with the SEO, we are on hand to support you.

We’ll insure your website receives the care and professional attention it deserves.
