Ad-Hoc Website/Tech Support

On a freelance basis, We provide tech support to website owners.

Our Ad/Hoc hourly rate is £30 per hour.

We use time tracking software that enables us to produce an itemised invoice each month.

The invoice will detail every individual task you have asked us to carry out for you and show the number of minutes and individual cost of each task.

All ad-hoc tech support work is invoiced on the 1st of the month for work completed in the previous month and is payable within 14 days.

Please note that time invoiced is exact, therefore if a task takes 1 hour and 15 mins, that’s exactly what you’ll see on our invoice.

Regular Tech/Website Support Packages

If you know that you require regular assistance with your tasks, then you can budget for a set pre-booked number of hours support each month. This allows you to budget monthly without any hidden surprises in costs – plus you get a great discount too!

A Tech/Website support package allows us to be flexible with the services we can provide to you whilst working within a block of time. It also ensures that we reserve the time required to meet your needs.

BRONZE – £81 per month – 3 hours support (a saving of 10% on the Ad-Hoc rate)
SILVER – £125 per month – 5 hours support (a saving of 17% on the Ad-Hoc rate)
GOLD – £230 per month – 10 hours support (a saving of 23% on the Ad-Hoc rate)
PLATINUM -£400 per month – 20 hours support (a saving of 33% on the Ad-Hoc rate)

  • Have priority over any ad-hoc support work.
  • It is possible to carry over 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours dependent on the package selected from one month to the next, but it not possible to accumulate any more hours than this
  • Tech/Website support packages are invoiced on the 1st of each month for the month ahead and payable within 14 days.
  • Notice will be given when there is 1 hour support remaining.
